Site Manager — Commercial Construction

$130,000 – $150,000 + vehicle
Our client, a well-established Tier 2 construction company, is seeking a Site Manager to lead delivery of commercial projects valued up to $30M.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site activities ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance
- Manage subcontractors and direct labour
- Coordinate with project engineers and the client's representative
- Conduct regular WHS inspections and toolbox talks
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years construction site management experience
- White Card and relevant WHS qualifications
- Proven track record delivering commercial builds $5M–$30M
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
