Estimator — Civil Construction

A growing civil construction company in Perth is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their pre-construction team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive tenders for civil works
• Conduct take-offs and material/subcontractor pricing
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors during tender phase
• Review and present estimates to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years estimating experience in civil construction
• Proficiency in CostX or similar estimating software
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with WA government and resource sector tenders
