A well-regarded aged care provider is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join their residential facility in Melbourne's inner north.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care in accordance with aged care standards
• Coordinate and supervise care plans for residents
• Administer medications and conduct clinical assessments
• Support and mentor Personal Care Workers

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years aged care or related clinical experience
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
